      <image:title>About Jan Irene - My Approach</image:title>
<image:caption>I help leaders reawaken their creative force—not just for innovation, but for how they show up in the room, hold tension, build trust, and lead through change. My approach is rooted in generative leadership, somatics, and the art of deep listening. I work with C-suite leaders and teams who want more than performance. They want meaning, coherence, and a way of leading that feels aligned with who they are and what the world is asking of them. My Path Before I became an executive coach, I spent years in the world of performing and martial arts. It’s where I first learned what it means to lead from the inside out—to face into change, to express, to be present, to sense what's unspoken. I bring that same awareness into boardrooms and team spaces today. My work blends business acumen with embodied learning—helping leaders and teams move well together and generate, not just more satisfying solutions, but deeper ways of knowing and creating together.</image:caption>

<image:caption>As a partner at Altus Growth Partners, I work alongside a collective of executive coaches and organizational consultants who believe leadership is embodied through practice —one that’s relational, reflective, and always evolving. I’m here to support the part of you that’s ready to lead differently—with more clarity, more coherence, and more courage.</image:caption>

<image:title>About Jan Irene - I am passionate about leadership responsibility and how it contributes to a healthy and beautiful community—across environmental, social, and economic wellbeing. As a performing artist, painter, swimmer, mother, and outdoorswoman, I draw strength and inspiration from the beauty and power of the natural world. My dedication to service began at age 12 while volunteering in migrant farmworker camps in Minnesota. Today, I serve on my local watershed council, mentor MBA/JD and high school students, and am active in Rotary and the Chamber of Commerce. After living and working in South and Central America and Africa, my husband and I settled in Oregon, where we have restored a large woodland property in collaboration with many partners and craftsmen. We have three adult children and a large extended family who gather often at Bird Haven.</image:title>

<image:title>About Jan Irene - As an artist, my abstract paintings have been likened to Wassily Kandinsky. Painting is my practice of presencing harmony in the midst of chaos. I see the bare canvas as the unknown leaders face when making bold declarations to shape the future. Abstract work allows me to listen and explore the emotional landscape of what has not yet emerged. Since 2009, I have participated in the Spark Project, a collaborative artist collective where each 10-day round invites new work inspired by another artist’s contribution. The resulting pieces are displayed alongside each other. The process is both challenging and deeply rewarding, and I cherish its spirit of creative exchange.</image:title>
